Just after a thorough renovation, we uploaded pictures shown below as the chairs, flat screen TV and some decor items (curtains, etc..) were not yet in the flat (but will be there on Dec 26th), those pictures will be updated very soon as the apartment should be fully ready before the end of 2007.
One of the best central locations in Paris
Rue St Antoine : near the famous Place des Vosges and the rest of the historic Marais,
near the bubbling Bastille area, a trendy and popular nightspot,
not far from the Seine river and the Ile St Louis, also very close :
- to St Paul metro station, on metro line # 1 going to the shopping areas Hotel de Ville (BHV department store), Chatelet and La Samaritaine, to Le Louvre, Tuileries Gardens and Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe, and even La Defense skyscrapers,
- and to bus line 96 which goes to many interesting areas in Paris : Notre Dame, Quartier Latin, St Germain des Pres and Montparnasse, and also more recently trendy Oberkampf and Menilmontant areas.
Rue St Antoine is an area with many shops.
However the flat is a quiet place, as it gives on the courtyard.
The apartment
A 24 sqm studio apartment, 1 south facing window in main room, 1 east facing window in the kitchen, with separate shower-room + toilet, in excellent condition,
carefully and thoroughly renovated in Nov-Dec 2007.
Quiet because it gives on the courtyard, not on the lively rue St Antoine.
Can sleep 2 persons in 2 single beds grouped into a queen size bed for a couple.
It also offers a flat screen TV, DSL high speed access to Internet with associated TV service and telephone services.
The washing machine is inside the large cupboard of the main room
The kitchen offers a sink, modern electrical burners, a refrigerator, a micro wave,
and shelves with all the essential kitchenware and tableware.
Availability / Booking process / Rates
Available for rather short stays, say from 4 days to 6 or 8 weeks, depending on season and existing bookings.

Short term all-in rates (total for up to 2 persons)
High season (April to September + Dec 20th to Jan 7th) :
820 € for 1 week, 1,540 € for 2 weeks, 2,160 € for 3 weeks, etc...
Low season : 750 € for 1 week, 1,400 € for 2 weeks, 1,960 euros for 3 weeks, etc..
Refundable safety and key deposit : 500 € or 750 USD payable up arrival.
Rates are payable in advance, at the latest upon arrival and remittance of the keys.
Firm reservation deposit is recommended as this apartment and location are very successful.
